Baileyana Firepeak, our everyday Pinot Noir, this delightfully balanced wine shows aromas and flavors of ripe cherry, blackberry, cinnamon, and tobacco with hints of blueberry, root beer and cola. Perky acidity and supple tannins create a beautiful structure and finish.

Baileyana La Entrada, delectable fruit flavors of red and black cherries, anise, cherry cola, cinnamon, and a hint of cedar entwine to provide a beautiful balance of lovely acidity and silky tannins.

Baileyana El Pico, a medium-bodied Pinot with aromas and flavors of strawberry jam, cherry, and vanilla, with hints of cotton candy and cinnamon. Crisp, clean fruit are carefully framed by silky sweet oak tannins and vibrant acidity.

Baileyana Halcon Rojo, our full-bodied Pinot Noir that shows rich notes of cherry, raspberry, plum, and molasses with hints of root beer. Silky tannins round the light acidity and offer a smooth mouthfeel leading to a long, lingering finish.

Baileyana The Architects, named in honor of our incredible Winemaking team, led by Rob Takigawa, this blend consists of hand-selected barrels (each from a specific block or clone) to develop this complex and delicious wine. Notes of strawberries and cherries burst from the glass and are framed by notes of baking spice, a tad of cola, and vanilla.

S-BAR, Pinot Noir, elegant, balanced and reminiscent of Burgundian Pinot Noirs, this wine’s round, creamy mouthfeel is accentuated by flavors of dark berries, raspberries and hints of nutmeg, clove and cinnamon. Velvety tannins with well-balanced acidity lead to a lovely, lingering finish.
