The Mosaico represents the union of Syrah from the Edna Valley with Grenache from the warmer Paso Robles region. This cool climate Syrah always has the benefit of ripening slowly. It brings an elegance with mesmerizing aromatics, smooth and well-structure tannins, and bright acidity to the wine. Grenache grown in Paso Robles benefits from the hot days followed by cools nights ensuring the wine remains bright, elegant, and not jammy. Rich flavors including a beautiful red fruit profile develop while acidity remains high.
This wine is smooth and full-bodied, with flavors of dark cherry and blackberry with a warm and subtle white pepper finish.
